Animal Magnetism #45: Gilda Goose

  • Designed by Alida Macor
Gilda is a Canadian goose who lives in the United States. Her male mate is called a gander and her children are goslings. Although known as "waterfowl" along with ducks and swans, geese live mostly on land. But they can fly fast and far, and are great swimmers because their weebed feet work like swim fins. We use goose down to make warm jackets and to stuff pillows and bedcovers. Size: 5 x 5 inches.
