Animal Magnetism #43: Cory Cardinal

  • Designed by Alida Macor
The cardinal is a cheery flash of scarlet on a gray winter day. Found almost everywhere in the United States, cardinals, unlike some other birds, do not fly south for the winter. With black sunflower seeds, you can attract cardinals to your feeder. The cardinal has been chosen state bird of more states than any other bird -- Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and West Virginia. Size: 4 1/2 x 4 inches.
