My Special Day!

Today is a very special day. Besides being the last day of 2005, it is also my wedding anniversary!

Early in my marriage, I taught myself to read crochet patterns. Soon after, I discovered a passion for collecting all things related to crochet such as hooks, pattern books, yarn, thread and just about every gizmo that came on the market. Later, when I became a crochet designer, this passion grew even stronger. While my collections started out as a few boxes of crochet items stored in various closets scattered throughout the house, they eventually took over an entire room! Thanks to my husband, Carl, who has always been supportive of me in every way, my crochet journey has been one of delight and discovery that has taken me to heights I could only have dreamed of. Looking back, I have to say, “Wow, what a trip!” I have enjoyed every moment of it.

As we say goodbye to 2005, and greet 2006 with enthusiasm, I’d like to say a big “thank you” to each of you who has supported us over this past year, and beyond. I look forward to working with you and for you in 2006. Let’s make it the best crochet year ever!
